Processing Time:
- Orders are shipped within 48 hours from the time of purchase.
- Orders will not be shipped on Sunday.
Shipping Time:
- United States: 3-5 days for standard shipping
- International: 1-3 weeks depending on which country and parcel service you select.
- Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods:
- For all domestic orders, we offer ground advantage through USPS for our standard shipping.
- For international orders, we offer shipping from USPS, DHL(DDP), and UPS.
Domestic Shipping Costs (United States):
- Orders below $50: All order are subject to a flat shipping fee of $5.00 (3-5 days)
- Orders above $50: Free standard shipping (3-5 days)
International Shipping Costs (All Other):
- Orders above $70: Free DHL commerce shipping (7-21 days)
- Orders below $70: We now offer multiple courier service options so you can choose how quickly you can receive your package. Shipping costs range from $15-$30. All rates are taken from each courier service's website and are subject to change depending on where you are located and what you ordered.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a linked tracking number. This will take you to the courier's tracking page.
Delivery Issues:
- In the rare event of a delayed or lost shipment, please contact our customer support team at contact@sycretary.com for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Change of Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Changes to address after delivery cannot be made after it is shipped.
