Returns Process

To initiate your return, please email us at contact@sycretary.com with your order number or a screen shot of your receipt.

We will reply with a link to your return shipping label and instructions on how to send your order back to us. For international orders, you will be required to provide your own shipping label

Once we receive your return package, we'll take up to 7 business days to inspect all items in your order to ensure everything was returned in new condition (including the cleaning cloth, pouch, and black container box). 

You should then see an automated email confirming approval of your returned items and a refund to your original payment method 3-10 business days after.

Returns Policy (USA Orders)

All items purchased from SYCRETARY that (1) are not final sale and (2) are returned with everything in new condition, can be returned within 14 days of their delivery date for a full refund and/or store credit of the value of those items minus the cost of return shipping.

Orders with free shipping will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

FINAL SALE items are: Products on sale (all batch-order discounts are considered on sale)

Please Note: Shipping fees will not be refunded.

NEW CONDITION means all products arrive back to us in the same new condition as received - without scratches, makeup debris, tears, or stains on the glasses, pouches, cleaning cloths, and black box.

All items purchased from SYCRETARY that (1) are not final sale and (2) are returned with everything in new condition, can be returned within 14 days of their delivery date for a full refund and/or store credit of the value of those items.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
