Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, we do not accept any changes or cancellations. After you receive your order, you can request a return up to 14 days after it is received. See Return Policy .
When will my order be processed?
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 48 hours from the order date. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Orders will be processed within 48 hours from the order date and shipped out as soon as possible.
- Please Note: Orders will not be sent out on Sundays or federally observed holidays)
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 10 days (USA) or 30 days (International) after placing your order, please contact us at contact@sycretary.com with your order number so we can further investigate your delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?
For Orders in the US: On average, it will take around 5 days to receive your order. It takes up to 48 hours to process your order and 1-5 days to ship depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive an email after your order is processed with a tracking number and link that is set up through our website. You can also enter your tracking number into the USPS tracking website.

How do I return an item?
Please contact us at contact@sycretary.com with your order number to initiate your return. Refer to our Refund Policy for more information about returns.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will cover any manufacturing defects within 3 days of receiving your order.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

No, all prices shown include any expected taxes and duties. (No surprise fees!)
